I feel like it is probably a legitimate ad, although the 20% deposit would dissuade me from contact. If I was to consider it, though, I would require a brief video chat to confirm her identity prior to sending the deposit. That does not completely eliminate the risk it’s a scam, but at least you can confirm the woman in the photos is really associated with the account.
