More like; you lost your illusion of power. We call it the FAFO.

Another HoHound troll special.

Not that blurting something out would be much better, but these are text messages not “off the cuff” statements. He had plenty of time to think about what he was saying as he typed them in, yet he did it anyways. If this guy wins the democrats have cemented their position as the party who’s ok with killing their opponents, and their opponents families.
I’m not remembering Trump calling for the killing of his opponents, their wives and their kids. I know you very much want it to be true, but it’s not.

This is a foolish argument. There are an estimated 44 Million Democrats in the United States. You mention a handful of events to justify calling them all murderers. It's a lie.

Yup. We are all murderers. All of us. Scum. Lower than, actually. 44 Million.
Thankfully, MAGA is much more decent and reasoned. Always takes the high road. Never makes statements to insult or further divisiveness.

This is particularly so when prominent political figures seem to view violence as acceptable. By mouthing disapproval but not withdrawing their support, they signal that assasinating an opponent is just an other form of political speech.

Really? Can't follow that? Okay. I'ma help you.
But to make my point, I will post the ENTIRE paragraph here, not just your out-of-context snippet that allows you to misrepresent me and skips addressing my REAL point:

My statement was in relation to the futility of the path of acceptance of violent rhetoric that we are headed down. And of the divisiveness fueling this.
And if you actually READ what I said, I did NOT cast blame on MAGA exclusively.
I also maintain that the most important piece of this is "own your part." Very few are doing so. And we are all being hurt because of it. ALL. Not just me.
Did you want to continue with some actual dialog around that idea? Or just fuel the hate some more?

Thank you for not "explaining this fully." My index finger is really starting to act up from the constant scrolling past these fascist manifestos.
How much longer are y'all going to continue this "Dems are the party of murder" stuff?
Have it. But own it. Own your part of the problem. Or we go nowhere except down.
Again, you want to have real dialog about that? Or just post hateful memes?
(FAFO. Christ. Give me a fucking break. Even 12 year olds don't say that any more)

Well, I gotta say that wishing for one thing and than actively ignoring the issue that is #1 cause of death to kids in this country are entirely different.
Why the outrage on a "wish" but full blown green light on letting kids die?

I'd like to know why the righties put out memes like this but actively disown their own, repeatedly, for killing their own.
Guess it is like all things maggies do: you can't do that unless you are a maggie.

Poll finds that 93% of Virginia Democrats think one of their candidates said something indiscreet but don’t believe that he meant it literally.
Or
Poll finds that 93% of Virginia Democrats believe the poll questions were loaded and designed to deceptive and inflammatory.
Or
Poll finds that 93% of Virginia Democrats believe that only idiots would take this seriously considering the horrible shit that Donald Trump says in person and on social media.
I mean seriously this is just a bunch of histrionic nonsense.

So threats to murder a Republican candidate and his family are nonsense. The point stands. The left is lower than scum. They are the TRUE party of violence and hatred.

No, the nonsense is the outrageously oversized response to someone venting in a private text chain.
I mean seriously. Does anyone really believe that this person is planning to assassinate anyone much less a political rival? Does anyone really believe that 93% of the Virginia Democratic party approves of using assassination as a political tool?
The mere notion is simply disingenuous nonsense.

... First off there, mate - the fellow DID make the comments.
So the issue is NOT "disingenuous nonsense" - because you
also understand that IF a Republican candidate had made
the same comment, the liberal news media would surely
be all over it like the colour of white onto rice!
... Now, even IF he wasn't serious about the comment, it was
BAD and distasteful enough for him to considour withdrawing
from the election.
... IF the people of Virginia want a bloke like that
to represent them - then I reckon it's their call to
make as they step into the ballot box.

A day later and even though his fellow Democrats have said the bullets-to-the-head remarks are wrong, none of them have withdrawn their endorsement or support for him.
When Gabby Gifford was shot in the head by a plain nit job, the left was apoplectic with righteous indignation at a Republican ad that identified Democrats to be campaigned against for replacement with a crosshairs graphic.
Our society has seen a number of gun related violent acts directed specifically at Republican office holders and candidates. There have been few to none such acts directed at office holders and seekers who are Democrats. Prominant progressive liberals have repeatedly used rhetoric that could incite violence against Republicans. I do not hear that from prominent conservatives.
That tells you a lot about out the differences between both parties and their supporters in my opinion.

Your facts are wrong, unless you’re referring to young black men. Clearly that’s a problem, one that in no way will be diminished with draconian gun laws. The majority of weapons used in that community are already illegal. If you want to address the issue, which I completely agree needs to be done, it’s the culture they’re growing up in that needs to change. The gun related homicide rate is literally 20x higher, and it has nothing to do with firearm regulation.
