In the end bud, they are doing this to pay their bills, or to save money. If you really want to show them your appreciation do it on the clock. If they like you enough you can suggest (or they might) and / or discuss off the clock activities.
I understand the compulsion, I wanted to do something similar before meeting with any of them. I even have a couple stories.
I was in my away from home home in Ft Myers Fl, at a Strip Place called Babes. I had been getting dances, as I usually do from a really cute college girl. I suggested we meet up after she got off, we settled out her fiscal reward, and my carnal one in the club. I left, thinking I'd get a room (I did) but I ended up inviting her to my home. We had agreed on three hours.
I've always had trouble treating the situation like I'd bought and payed for the girl and she would do what I wanted, so I usually try to put them at ease (myself too). We talked for a bit once she got there, she started telling me about her school so I started cooking. I'm a big guy, and I like to cook and eat; I used to be a Chef by profession so I also really like to see people eat what I prepare.
We ate, not really in a romantic way, and god help me if I ever try to seduce someone; but it was fun. We were both a little tipsy after we were done, and spirits were high. We took a shower together, I gave her a massage, she gave me a massage. We burned through half a big box of crowns and like two school kids on sleepover passed out talking to each other (Fucking 1800.) When I woke up, she was asleep beside me which was surprising. She showered with me when she woke up (Also surprising), I made us breakfast and she ate with me. She gave me a hug, and a kiss before she left. She also gave me her real cellphone # (unless she keeps two 'work' phones). She didn't mention the money or how far over we'd gone (By the end of our meal we were well over 3 hours probably, and by the time she left it would have been close to 16 hours.)
She left the money I'd given her when she got in, I found it when I was straightening up my living room. She never called me and asked about it, she didn't text me about it. Now whether she left it on purpose, or honestly forgot it doesn't matter; because the whole process was entirely different from how these meet ups usually go. She wasn't on her phone, she didn't look bored, she laughed, told me stories and generally made me feel like not a fat dickhead. So I took the money to her at her work with a very healthy tip, I'd gotten far more out of the night than I expected so I returned the favor. The smart part of my brain pretty much told me that it was the liquor that made her forget, or perhaps a risky venture to gain repeat custom. But the part of me that wants to indulge in fantasy wants to believe that she had a good enough time to not care about the money. It doesn't matter what the reason really was, simply because she made me wonder about it. That's more than any BNG session could ever do. We've also met a few times since this happened OTC. I didn't suggest it, she did. And I've also p4p'd many more times with her.
In any event man, women are women and men are men. She could be 20 years a crusty lot lizard, and you could still put a smile on her face by treating her like a lady. Maybe even more so if she isn't used to it. If some of these other guys want to treat them like cuts of meat, let them. I don't have any Provider experience (do Dancers count?) but in my opinion, if you make an impression on them they won't mind some OTC. I wouldn't suggest suggesting it though, it cheapens the effect somehow. They aren't doing this to make friends, but that doesn't mean it can't be a happy coincidence (:
