If I were touring I would have an incall anyways but if this were my base I would be mainly outcall and occassionally would pre-schedule incall for a few days so cost would be on me then as over a few days I would expect to see a few clients anyways (generally only about 2 a day). BUT IF I were NOT already pre-scheduling incall and the client didn't want outcall and he wanted me to get an incall for him to see me on a day I don't have pre-scheduled well he's going pay partial cost for the incall I don't see what's so crazy about that. It doesn't/shouldn't matter at all if I was charging 250hr 300hr 350hr.
