There may be alot of "hookers" in Houston, but how many smoking hot, clean, drama-free, classy, awesome service, providers do you think we have in Houston?

Not many at all, which means that the very few who do meet all of that criteria can charge a premium, sometimes a very significant premium compared to the average "hooker".

So therefore it is all about supply and demand. Actually it's only about supply and demand and nothing else.
