An excellent question.
No hands.
But, using a hand to play with the twins at the same time would be an exceptional addition.

No hands on the member, both hands (fingertips) on the buttons overhead! Always forgotten yet contribute significantly to results! May be the difference between a pop and a BOOM!

no hands on the task at hand - but hands free to work the other 'areas' is a big enhancement to the process...
mentioned: twins, two above buttons...
i would respectfully add that a taint massage and a little massage around and in between the buttocks is a very pleasurable thing (IMO)
