So Texas invented and has the best BBQ, fajitas and numerous other things.
But despite the old pace picante sauce commercials....
The best picante sauce I've ever had was made locally in wait for it....

BBQ originated with the peoples of Tanio of the Greater Antilles, conquered by the Spanish.
As for best BBQ, OMG not Kansas City, but Memphis. Texas stuff is way to dry, and in last place.
