You really don’t know what the provider will look like since the ad never matches the lady behind the door 99.9% of the time. This 1000x. I’m fairly new here, but this is the way. I’ve already walked out on one roto because of this, but communication is key, set expectations clearly, if they aren’t met, then leave, it’s a business deal.
