I would say she’s the type of person that you have to become a proper regular for her. She wants trust. She doesn’t want L2 & L3 reviews on boards. Some people are patient and good at keeping things quiet when they get what they want.

I’d be less concerned with intelligence and more concerned with judgment, which is something all of us here have in question. Getting through med school and residency is more about discipline and time management. At least it used to be.But my money would be on psychiatrist.
