He had a gun with 2 magazines and he approached the ICE officers with the gun visible on him in open carry.
When the ICE officers try to apprehend another person, he jumped between them and tried to intervene and prevent the arrest.

Was he illegally armed or was he legally practicing his second amendment rights?
Are you saying that a citizen intervening in an arrest justifies their death? Even if it were Biden's federal agents killing a right wing protester for being armed while intervening in what they felt was an illegal arrest? One has to wonder

You can protest.
But you can't intervene with law enforcement activities, and not expect a bad outcome. That is breaking the law. And these are fluid and usually split second activities.

From a non professional but trained observer, looks like Alex's gun was taken from him and being carried away before the first of 10 shots were fired.

Trump should fire Kristi Noem and get ICE the hell out of Minnesota, if for no other reason than this will hurt Republicans in the midterms. Not to mention it's the right thing to do. A woman who will look for any old excuse to kill her dog shouldn't be put in charge of federal agents who are going up against protestors.

Baltasar Gracián’s philosophy on practicality, primarily outlined in The Art of Worldly Wisdom, emphasizes combining keen intellect with shrewd action to navigate a treacherous world. He advocates for calculated secrecy, adaptability, cultivating dependence, and a "hurry slowly" approach to decision-making, ensuring actions are both reasoned and courageous.
Key Principles of Gracián’s Practicality:
Action and Reason Combined: Theory is useless without action. True wisdom requires "eyes and hands"—combining thought with courageous, timely action.
"Hurry Slowly" (Festina Lente): Act with speed, but with caution. Avoid being sluggish, but do not act so quickly that you become reckless.
Cultivate Strategic Dependability: Keep others in a state of need rather than relying on their gratitude. People often discard those they no longer need.
Maintain Mystery: Never reveal all your cards or intentions. A little mystery arouses veneration and protects you from enemies.
Manage Reputation and Image: Cultivate a positive image. Gracian focuses on discretion, having allies, and managing how you are perceived.
Handle Difficulties Strategically: Undertake easy tasks as if they were difficult (to avoid carelessness) and difficult tasks as if they were easy (to avoid discouragement).
Leverage Adversity: A wise person can get more use from enemies than a fool can from friends.
Virtue as Stability: In a volatile world, virtue is the only permanent, reliable possession that truly belongs to you.
Gracián, a 17th-century Spanish Jesuit, viewed the world as a place where one must be "cunning as a serpent, innocent as a dove".

There is a trendy acronym floating around lately . . .FAFO I think it is.
If you interrupt law enforcement while they are enforcing the law, then you yourself become part of their official problem. In that case, all the legal rules of engagement come interplay.
FAFO indeed.

Had the social justice warrior been working on his bedside manner "Stat" this would have never happened. One less useful idiot that the Democrats have. He fucked around and found out. Democrats must thank Google/Youtube for running ICE hiring ads for months on their platform when they thought Big Tech was on their side??? Ponder that.

WTF are the legal rules of engagement. Disarm, then execute?
