VA officials being rewarded by Obama for fucking up
Go on! Try to blame Bush but this happened on Obama's watch and it is an executive office (that means no Congressional [read GOP] involvement).

Not just limited to Pittsburg, in Baltimore VA officials got bonuses despite having one of the worst records for clearing back logs.
