They did not meet, so no Encounter happened.

Without an Encounter, there is nothing to review.

The Owners require the Staff to move No Call, No Show (NCNS) reports to the Co-Ed Discussions Forum.

This allows the Hobbyist to inform the Community that a NCNS occurred.

It also provides the Lady (If she is a Member) to share her side of the Story.
