Between balls and leg keep getting wet

Between my balls and leg is wet I dry it get wet against. I tried rubbing alcohol it burn like hell. I tried Poison ivy cream it burn, I tried washing it. I tried to after shave, it burn. I try Neosporin it just got more wet. I try masturbating to make balls smaller. I tried running furnace and AC to dry the house and sleeping in short shots.
I tried oral jelly. It seems to drying slowly but it very slow. Please give me advice.

Take two aspirin and call Unique Carpenter in the morning. My decoder ring is still not working properly and my medical degree disintegrated when I washed my blue jeans. Blue jeans are still kinda wet since the furnace went running on the trail.

First you need to figure out what is causing all this wetness.
Excessive sweating?
Leaking bladder?
You may need to visit a Urologist, get a full std checkup while you're at it.
All that wetness has irritated the skin which is why you get all the burning when you apply alcohol.
Wear boxer briefs & pull your nuts out through the dick hole, that will keep them from rubbing on your legs.
Wear loose shorts.
