I see that point, that is true. But sometimes issues stay unsolved and need to get worked out beforehand.That is IMHO the reason why they come up again and again. Closing threads , posting cheeky one-liners without explanations don`t do respect justice. Issues need to get solved with everyone involved. Taking hiatus and waiting til the heat goes down is childish and the reason why such things happen in the first place.
So - if i am accused of something as outrageous as being antisemitic (especially with my background??? hello???) i demand the right for clarification and the right to make a statement. Getting mobbed in such a way is not funny. Can`t see humour there. ANd i demand that someone who accuses another person of doing so engages in discussion and clarifies a point. Given my previous statements about fascism , nationalsocialism it is just outrageous to accuse me of antismitism - just because i pointed out what DALAI LAMA said to clarify on why i am critical of Karma. Some people seriously need to learn to READ thoroughly.
Accusations as outrageous as that are no "Gentlemen`s crime" . In Austria, Germany and Switzerland i can actually go to court with something like that and sue this person for accusations like that just based on out of context statements that i made. Just because i citate Dalai Lama with quoting him that Jesus was killed by Jews does not make me an antisemit. This is outrageous. Bring that in front of a court and i win bigtime!
Europeans take such things VERY seriously. So sorry for going bonkers on that one, i don`t take such accusations lightly.
My jewish ex boyfriend for seven years (he is 64 now, his parents were survivors) pointed out to me how antisemitic Karma is and asked me to stop talking about Karma and this new age bullshit. He explained thoroughly why. And i believe him. Still do. I was once a naive fashion believer also in everything eastern until he made some things transparent to me.
ps: If people don`t want to engage in honest and serious discussion i can see that too - but then they should be charged for posting ADS, right? Other than that is it unpolite and rude when asked for clarification to not answer anymore. Then of course things come up all the time. Its logical. No news there? If you ignore problems then you keep dragging them around. Ignoring issues is a waste of precious lifetime. Its annoying for me too, to see how everyone has improved in tone and tries to behave and then just one person thinks she is excluded and does what she always does. Attacking people personally when getting caught in flaws of logic or being ignorant when admitting to be wrong. What`s new? So - no surprise that things come up again and again and again......Go figure :-)
