Again this shows that bandle boy can't read. This happened before I was a verified provider. Hell i didn't even know the word provider. The guy that wrote the no review can write whatever pleases him. I have gotten tons of texts and pm sayings though no one pays attention to a butthurt ass like that. Basically he made himself look bad. The review was by Bourne Whorist. I like how you didn't address the fact that you're a bandle and if you have met me before. I haven't lost anything and it's fine for him to write a No review it's about all the nastiest he put into that makes him look so bad. I also have shown the text messages (just the messages) to others and everyone askes if he is on meds. I know I've said once before but yup time to stop talking a yellow brick wall.

Maybe I'm late but nobody has offered specifics. I'd say there is probably a niche market, expect roughly $25-$35/hour (or call it $15/20+$40/60 naked upgrade fee) for cleaning and the occasional session resulting from the visit as upside.

The market rate for a vanilla housekeeper is about $15-$20/hour. So anywhere from $40 for an apartment to $100 for a 3000 sf house more or less.

To have a reasonably attractive+ housekeeper do the job in lingerie/topless/bottomless whatever I guess might be worth another $40. Maybe $60. You'll be cleaning for hours and I'm not just going to walk around staring at you while you work that whole time even if you're hot. I can go hang out in a strip club for a $20 or less cover and ogle variety and quality for as long as I want. That gives you a sense of the market value of "hot naked girl in view".

Where this might make sense for you is of course you can offer a session at the end at your normal rate or package it in. All that naked traipsing could be seen as a turn on (beware Seinfeld's "bad naked") that will make it more likely you close the deal if you make it an add on.

However, you also have to consider that some percentage, maybe a large percentage, of guys who would hire you to be a sexy maid won't actually be mongers. I suppose you could also offer lap dances at $20/song. Personally, I'd also wonder if my house would actually get a professional clean under this kind of arrangement.
