My account is new but I am not. I was a registered member on this site years ago under another Crimson name. Some may remember me from the 2012 era. Here's the deal- LE uses any and every trick- Asking about LE affiliations doesn't work- there is no hotel safe- high end, low end- doesn't matter. If they list a variety of services with a price- whether dollar signs, roses or whatever emoji they want- still implies a cost of service- it's illegal. If you send a deposit electronically- it shows intent. You don't even have to show up. They can pick you up from your work or house- the moment the transaction goes through- and it's specified that you are paying a deposit for services- Your toast. Stings are set up at any hotel- There's no real way of knowing a sting operation. Set up a time- sit by the side entry or back entry an hour or two before scheduled visit and watch for men being hauled off in cuffs. One way, they're almost always chatty and respond quickly- they will ask questions to show your intent- how much you plan to spend and what services you want- they ask- they bait and then they snatch you up the moment you arrive. You don't even need to make it to the door..

So if you pay a deposit and get ripped off because you think they ghosted you- or scammed you- they could hold on to your charge and when they're ready to move- see ya later.. Once you show intent, it's game over. Texas is locking it up the best they can. And the state closed every loop hole there is - no more being formal- they have zero tolerance any more. Use trusted providers, and use their referrals if they so choose to give you a list of providers they know personally.
