Sorry, in your first paragraph you said the Judiciary Committee impeached him and then touted that the Judiciary Branch doesn't impeach.
You do realize the Committee doesn't impeach either. They pass on articles of impeachment to the house for that very impeachment purpose. They don't impeach.
