A classic tactic of trolls is to make up straw man arguments. Trolls misrepresent other people's position. They put fake arguments/words into other people's mouths that the other person did not say in order to win against a straw man.

If someone is run off the Board by the postings of Troll, they probably should not have been on the Board to begin with. Lots of ladies stick to P411 and TER and won't come near here, not because they are concerned with what Trolls post, but because they simply don't want to deal with the nonsense.
