I live close to four campuses , five including HCC. Rice, St Thomas, UoH and TSU.
You are full of shit saying you need a pass to either walk or drive on campus. You need a pass to park if you do not want to get towed. .

Here's another opportunity to lie:
How many times have police TOLD you it was ok to drive 5 mph over the speed limit?

I have been told by more than 1 police officer that driving 5 miles over the posted speed limit will not be enforced as breaking the law. 10 miles over the speed limit will usually be enforced. The only exception to that is in a school zone during specific posted school hours.
I've explained my thoughts on this before but I'll try again and I'll type very slowly to make accommodations for ignorant, redneck, hillbillies.
Driving over the posted speed limit is breaking the law. However, if the police, who are supposed to enforce such laws, know someone is speeding and do not enforce the law then the REAL speed limit exceeds the POSTED speed limit. If driving 5 mph over the posted speed limit is NOT considered to be speeding by the police, why should anyone else think driving 5 mph over the posted speed limit to be speeding? The police have brought this conundrum upon themselves.
The following statement by you is irrelevant to the discussion:

Property is either "public" or "private". School campuses are "public". You said they are not "public". You are wrong.
