Excellent question sir! They are the absolute worst form of vermin known to man. They can and should be exterminated on site. Always have a wreath of garlic around your neck as well as a cross. This is advised because some have vampire characteristic as they only come out at night, frequent dirty areas like the gutter and could care less who their next victim might be. No real rules as Fish & Game denies they exist. But if you have ever been to Houston you would know that one is there in hiding, that I suspect came straight from either the swamps of LA. or hell itself.
