I am a lot of things… cheap isn't one of them.

1) I don't think it's cool when a very active provider will NEVER reply to a reference check especially when it's several clients that seem to use her as one.

2) when i never hear back from a client after I verified them (hmm i think they got in trouble with their provider girlfriend or maybe a discount was offered)

3) when a provider messages a client after they post a review on another provider (like ooo i see you cheating lol)

4) when a regular says he's retiring the hobby to find a real girlfriend and you get 3 reference checks two weeks later (LOL that didn't last long)

Its all fun and games

I actually learned so much from participating in this thread that I'm sorry I decided to. It's been very disenchanting to say the least and has solidified my belief in my usual "stick to myself" routine. Won't be back.

I had an old EC regular who would stalk my in calls at hotels, & of course I stopped seeing him once I found out. But I couldn't imagine bringing a client to my house, no way, NEVER EVER. I would not trust it....That $60-to $100 bucks spent on a hotel room saves a lot of trouble in the long run. Just my 2cents...I say the same thing to married men who like to bring us over when their wive is "out of town" or whatever...Like she cant just pop up?? Providers who give you a reference, but always say something negative about the guy so you wont go see them....Cock blockers

Providers who only send PMs for references or texts and never call for one. I know its easier for you to type a message, but the quickest and most sufficient way is by phone I personally rather talk to the person I think I might be texting....

It is so sad that a thread about "pet peeves" is 13 pages and running (complete with finger pointing, accusations and drama) while the respondent one (yes- I started it) about what we like about the hobby garnered a total of 11 entries.

Anyone who has been here for more than a few weeks and or had more than a few dates knows the drill, but we continue to find ways to pick at and on each other. This is supposed to be fun folks. Even if it is your living- you ought to be able to get some joy in it and do work you like with people you like. Who doesn't want that?

Seems to me that Baby Dallas gets to set her menu- and the "dawgs" get to decide if they want to see her- or not- and everyone wins. And why is it even an issue that Ms. Kitty is concerned about someone showing up at her home uninvited? Yes, it is a risk she takes by working from home- but that does not excuse the creep who cannot understand boundaries. And why does any guy who is frustrated by unannounced delays and silences become a pariah? Shit happens, but no one likes their time abused.

We are all here for a reason and we will all get more of what we are here for if we just live and let live and focus on what is fun and great about the hobby- and the site. Isn't that what we are here for?
