You must be talking about the Detroit Lions. They have been lucky all year long. They will now be facing some tough teams, like Green Bay (twice), New Orleans and Oakland. We will see how much longer their luck holds out.
The Cowboys game was a typical Cowboys vs. Redskins matchup. These games always seem to go down to the wire, no matter what their respective records are.

Well I am staying neutral in this but Carolina beat Washington 33-20 and the Lions did a better job at beating The Panthers than Dallas did the Redskins. Just how it is????? I say that RJ is holding the better hand simply because that 700 pound Gorilla that Romo has on his back in the end of the season each year. But hey anything can happen, The Rams beat the Saints. Regardless this has been fun and I can't wait to see the final results.

The Cowboys are now tied for 1st place in the NFC East with the Giants. Thank you Eagles! The schedule favors the Cowboys for the rest of the season. The Giants next 2 games are against the Saints and the Packers. The Lions face the Packers and the Saints. The Cowboys face the Dolphins and the Cardinals. I like my odds to win this bet. Thanks RJ for agreeing to up this bet. LOL.

I'm not getting overly confident about the Cowboys, but I am felling like the Lions may have a tough time down this last stretch. While the boys did get a win, and that's all that matters, they looked pretty bad in doing so. This is as bad as the defense looked all year. If not for a crappy kick by the Skins we'd be looking at a whole different situation this morning. They will have to be a lot better than they were yesterday for me to win the bet.

Hell Yeah! The Cowboys win and the Lions got their ass whopped by the Packers. Just need for the Saints to beat the Giants on Monday night. That, and getting VIP Latina Barbie to come down to McAllen sometime in January. That would be the icing on the cake.
