So I think I'm getting the general idea of West Texas weather.
You have hot and dry
and you have really fucking hot and dry!

Is that about right?

PS, 10 min to the nearest lake.
Less than that if I drive. LOL

And only 20 minutes to a trophy bass lake.

Creek at the bottom of the hill, usually runs a little shallow around here, only about 3-4 ft deep in late summer. Much deeper right now.


So remind me again what's so much better about West Texas?
Cause I sure ain't hearing it in this thread.

I received this picture from an anonymous source who swears it was taken yesterday. Allegedly its Pistolero at a cookout in his backyard

Anonymous ??? C'mon Ag, just tell 'em I sent it to you. I do notice you cropped out the part of the picture with the suggestion on what to do with it.


Btw, our high yesterday was 61 degrees here and a low of 41 last night. Both records for the date. But, Friday will be back in the 90's.

Alright, guess summer is here...been a hundred or better every day this week,
Plus a little bit of humidity from the rain a couple weeks ago, that we ain't use to.
Even the armadillos are hunting shade and cold beer!
