I could easily show you many of the same issues exist in both states if I wanted to. I won't because I'm trying to look forward to the next election, not backward at 2020.

No- the goalposts have complete mobility and will change like the weather. Whataboutism lives, but when it comes to fixing voting from states to federal rules, you'll need a constitutional amendment and it will takes years or decades. Nothing will change between now and November except that the GOP will be a minority and Trump will be facing a 3rd impeachment
