Amazing that this individual turns out to be the only democrat party elected official with occasional reasonable judgment.

The first words out of his mouth during a senatorial debate were "good night", yet he's the least retarded democrat, far less retarded than either his colleagues or the moronic voters.

It's like a miracle of modern medical science the way this anomaly recovered from a stroke.
