If a provider isn't comfortable seeing someone because of their disability, then the session isn't likely to go well. She did the right thing by turning down the session. She could have went ahead with it, took his money and given him half-ass service. Since Surcher himself has said that his hobby funds are very limited, that would have been a very bad outcome for him. While I'm sure her words stung, he was/is able to use that $250 on someone who is comfortable with him.
