When I was in the army and stationed in oklahoma there was a dude in OKC that went by the name of the video vigilante. He would cruise the hooker strolls and if he saw a pickup he would follow them and wait for the activities to start and then walk up on them recording the action. Could it be this type of thing?

Most likely. Could be a guy on tiktok for all we know. That would be just as bad as getting busted. Imagine walking out to a couple of tools with an iPhone hammering you with questions like to catch a predator. Oh man......

I remember him when I lived in Okc. funny he finally got caught up with with a hooker and come to find out he had been paying the girls to setup guys was hilarious when I say it on the news lol
