#2 Government email systems - especially those that carry Above Top Secret content are air gapped from the regular world. In other words Hillarys phone and laptop did not have network connectivity like normal machines... their network is ONLY to the govt. network.

#3 Copying, CCing, forwarding, re-typing any email from those devices is a crime. Period there isn't any grey area. It's 1s and 0s. It can't get to a private gmail account UNLESS copied off and transmitted in an ILLEGAL manner.

#4 It's not the contents (although I Bet there is some criminal activity detailed therein) its the fact that she had this shit on a server outside of the govt. security apparatus. That in and of itself is a crime

#5 Ignorance is NOT an excuse of the law. And she wasn't ignorant she's been sucking off the government tit long enough to know what she was doing was a crime

#6 Obama was aware of her criminal activity and emailed her @ her private gmail account

#7 The ONLY reason to have a private sever is to avoid Government oversight. So she was obviously committing criminal activity and using her personal server to avoid government backup of her stuff... which would be turned over to any type of criminal investigation.

#8 She intentionally had the server hard drive wiped to hide the evidence of her crimes

#9 There is good evidence that the Cicoms, Ruskies, and Norks were all reading her email.... I mean JFC.. one reason not to elect her President is that she was a PRIME blackmail target.

#10. The NYPD saw the shit in her emails. The reason Comey re-opened the email investigation is that Weasel Anthony Weiner turned over the laptop to the NYPD... thinking he could use it as leverage as a get out of jail card (The lawyer gave it up). The NYPD reviewed the shit and basically told Comey re-open or we will go public with this shit...

#11 And thats why we have the Russia-gate hoax. It was all to try and avoid too much investigation into the contents of those emails.... And you have to figure they are pretty f*cking explosive if you are going to try and unseat a president to cover up your crimes. Who knows maybe that pallet of cash to Iran was a little light... maybe some of that went to bank accounts in Switzerland that are now being used to buy property on Marthas Vineyard.

#12 Its all about the money. The Obama administration was probably the most corrupt since the teapot dome scandal... but with the press covering up for him... he almost skated.

#13 That's why this election is important... because if Trump gets stopped... they all get away with it.

Is that what you want? Hillary, Bill, Obama, Jarret.. all of them to get away scot-free?
One more time. None of the emails that Comey and the FBI pulled from HRC's computer were MARKED classified in the Subject Heading of the email (Subject heading like Microsoft Outlook). None of them, out of 150,000 plus emails. That is why she was not charged with mishandling classified information.

It it not the responsibility of the recipient of an email that has been marked "Not Classified" to figure out that the email contained classified information. There was a thread on those UFC codes that was posted years ago in this forum.

You say HRC's computer was not on the same network as the government computer that had the emails with the classified information. I agree with that. The entire state department had participated in the practice of sending emails from the government computer to themselves and then could send an email from their computer that was not on the government network to someone else. When they did the subject heading was always marked "not classified". This was in an article by the Washington Post that was also posted in this forum.

You asked do I want HRC to get away with?
HRC and the emails was an example of negligence. You do not go to jail for being negligent. You lose your access to classified information. You go to jail ifyou try to give classified information to an enemy of the USA. HRC is not in government anymore. She does not have access to any classified information.

HRC and the emails is over. The 2020 election is about Trump and Biden.

Again Iknow you're ignorant about how govt. systems work. I'll try and make it simple for you. it doesn't matter what is in the header or anything else. The emails that were sent to her personal account WERE ILLEGAL. SHE doesn't get a right to decide how to handle her emails different from everyone else. The reason she wasn't charged was political.

She violated:
The Federal Records Act requires agencies hold onto official communications, including all work-related emails, and government employees cannot destroy or remove relevant records.
FOIA is designed to "improve public access to agency records and information."
The National Archives regulations dictate how records should be created and maintained. They stress that materials must be maintained "by the agency," that they should be "readily found" and that the records must "make possible a proper scrutiny by the Congress."
Section 1924 of Title 18 has to do with deletion and retention of classified documents. "Knowingly" removing or housing classified information at an "unauthorized location" is subject to a fine or a year in prison.

Nothing else you posted is any way shape or form reduces her culpability.

Negligence - yeah people go to prison all the time for negligence. And I guess since they've all been unclassified we're about to find out if it was all about her yoga classes or not.

And the whole state department was doing it????!!! WTF. Then I guess it must be OKAY right? If everybody robbed your home that'd be cool right rather than just one person robbing you.

Comeys Statement on the investgation:
Quote:
None of these e-mails should have been on any kind of unclassified system, but their presence is especially concerning because all of these e-mails were housed on unclassified personal servers not even supported by full-time security staff...

Separately, it is important to say something about the marking of classified information. Only a very small number of the e-mails containing classified information bore markings indicating the presence of classified information. But even if information is not marked “classified” in an e-mail, participants who know or should know that the subject matter is classified are still obligated to protect it.
So you are wrong again... those who it was sent to are also on the hook to protect the classified info and report it. None did.

She wasn't charged because she's a former FLOTUS, Sec of State, and a Dem Presidential nominee. one set of rules for you and one for them.

Again Comey:
Quote:
All the cases prosecuted involved some combination of: clearly intentional and willful mishandling of classified information; or vast quantities of materials exposed in such a way as to support an inference of intentional misconduct; or indications of disloyalty to the United States; or efforts to obstruct justice.
I don't know how setting up a private email server to handle your email is done on accident...seems to me that actually took some for thought. And wiping the server (bleachbit not a cloth). yeah, that's definitely obstruction of justice. I'd like to see what happened to you if you did the same.

But one set of laws for them and one for us.

That's what the libs want.

No, it really isn't, that's an important thing to know because it's a dangerous precedent - "Packing the Court" means the legislative and executive branches can just add friendly seats to the judiciary whenever they want to ensure the judiciary is compliant rather than a check against their power.

That's a fucking bullet train to an authoritarian government.

Here are two of the UFC rules from another thread in this forum. Study up and then come back and talk to me. HRC did not break any rule that where jail time is the punishment. At best she could have got a fine for not realizing a sentence in the body of the email was marked with a (C) for classified.

Here are the UFC rules below. At best Comey could have said Hilliary was in violation of 18 USC 1924 for having three documents that were marked classified on a server that is not on a secure network. They were marked Classified and she should have flagged them. The penalty stated in the rule is a fine. She is not going to jail. She did not remove them from the government server that was on the secure network. A staffer sent them to her. One could argue that since these were marked classified with the (C) in the paragraph she should flagged them and not retained them. The other documents that were deemed classified were not Marked Classified. She did not KNOWINGLY retain them, the label had the incorrect classification. That goes to what Comey called intent.

18 USC 1924
(a)Whoever, being an officer, employee, contractor, or consultant of the United States, and, by virtue of his office, employment, position, or contract, becomes possessed of documents or materials containing classified information of the United States, knowingly removes such documents or materials without authority and with the intent to retain such documents or materials at an unauthorized location shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.
18 USC 793
(e) Whoever having unauthorized possession of, access to, or control over any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, or note relating to the national defense, or information relating to the national defense (like classified satellite photographs) which information the possessor has reason to believe could be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation, willfully communicates, delivers, transmits or causes to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted, or attempts to communicate, deliver, transmit or cause to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted the same to any person not entitled to receive it, (like her lawyer David Kendall) or willfully retains the same and fails to deliver it to the officer or employee of the United States entitled to receive it; or
(f) Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer

What is your estimate on time per day doing hair and makeup? I'm say at least 3 hours. Maybe more for touch up work.

Objection. Speculation on your part. She's been sucking off the government for a long time. She should have known that the couple of emails that had a "C" in front of the sentence in the body of email meant "classified" . This couple of emails out of 150,000 plus.

It was not a political reason that she was not charged. There was no intent to violate UFC 1824. For not recognizing that you have an email with classified information does not call for jail time. You might get fined or lose your access to view classified information.
