You have no emotionally close friends, you say. What about siblings, parents, relatives (aunts, uncles, cousins)? I'd recommend you avoid talking about your breakup -- or at least, if you mention it, avoid obsessing over it -- and instead talk about common interests or past memories.

Not too many sporting events during the Season of Hell in South Central Texas, but you might consider attending a Stars (WNBA) game: unlike an experience in a movie theater full of strangers, you get to cheer along and connect with the fans.

The main challenge is to get busy -- when I separated from my now-"ex", I was too busy, trying to survive (financially), to grieve.

Start there. Get one.

Note: "emotionally close friends" come to be that way because they are honest with each other, and themselves. So start there. Be honest about yourself with yourself. And then go from there.

Paradigm shift. Focus on what you gained not what you lost. Make your future relationships better based on what you learned about yourself.

And to think that the "one" is the only one out of 6 billion people on this planet? You will find another and be able to commit to a new relationship. Stay positive!

With the top 3 posters.
Except i'm not comfortable with the family bit. I don't know why. I find more comfort with strangers. Openess?

And I have recently been blessed with a friend of emotional value.

But throwing yourself into other matters really does help.

for fucks sake the world is filled with pussy sajoey. next time don't get so attached. keep your dick wet. its impossible to experience emotional loss with a wet dick.

go for the cheaper high skilled milfy types. quantity is better than quality at a time like this.

i know that feel bro.....

i recommend working out like lifting weights while blasting out heavy metal really loud and watch action movies like Predator 1 and 2 or Rambo 2.

something that does as much as possible to get women off of your mind.

Usually the ones who were in the wrong end up feeling the worse. Just saying
