"Jesus Dad. I wasn't actually gonna try to buy booze before I was 21. I was just saying that if I did to try to buy some and I got busted would they let it slide if I told them I was buying it for you and if it was just beer and if I paid cash and blah, blah, blah . . . but I really, really, really promise I wasn't actually thinking of trying it. I was just askin'. Totally hypothetical."

Yeah. Heard that one before too.

Whatever,
Mazo.

Lmao..you seriously have issues my friend..seriously..

I am not some new kid on the block.. before aspd's closing..plenty of flawless reviews and over 7 years of great service.. i know what the hell i am doing

If i wanted trusted advice I would meet with trusted, known (by me) attorneys to discuss legit matters.. If I was to worried about it I would discuss possible business opportunities with my financial advisor.. I despite what you may be use to ain't some dumb ho that all I can do is suck dick.. lmao..

It was despite what you need or want to think in your existence just a chance to get some like minded guys and girls, some legal people to simply kick around some ideas, explore some outside the box thinking..

I am very much UTR.. no ads in almost 2 years..I don't have an LE worry like girls posting ads constantly.. i see who I want, when I want, How I want..my chances are greatly reduced.. So no..I am not putting in any ideas, No I do not need to or desire too. thank you much though for knowing me so well..

You my friend have some serious issues.. your shit does stink, no your not the only lawyer paying for pussy on the board.. and despite what you think obviously..everything you read on here is NOT real, NOT FACT and no..if you went away tomorrow never to ever share your oh so precious advice with us graveling crawling back to you when we are busted prostitutes..we would in fact live, go on happily and NOT MISS YOU..

Lol. If you really want to do a swinger party go ahead. Just make sure the gentlemen are discreet and the neighbors do not report 'suspiscious' activities. Cross your fingers it work out well, just as in escorting there will be consequences if you get caught.

One thing that you need to remember is that by "avoiding" some laws you break others. I.E. do you have a liquor license to sell alcohol, a sales tax permit, do you have a restaurant license, did the health department approve the food preparation for the food you are "selling" etc?

Hum...maybe she should try and say it is a 'family' reunion. And each one of them participated in the food and drinks. To make it more credible make there is only 'few' people including more than 'one' woman.

I don't get how some providers think inventing a cover story to try to disprove the elements of the crime of prostitution -- in layman's terms, to "explain away" the facts -- is somehow unique to that crime. It's not. I had a client a few years ago who stole a number of rare works of art and when he was arrested for felony theft, he claimed he took the art because he knew his recently-deceased employer would have wanted him to have the paintings. The cops didn't buy his story. Another client claimed he bought the white substance for only personal use. The cops were skeptical, considering he was cutting the cookie, weighing the powder, and placing it in baggies when he was arrested.

The only thing that's remarkable to me about some of the cover stories you girls come up with is how unlikely the stories are to be believed by police, prosecutors, judges, juries, and yes, even criminal defense attorneys. You can say I hired you to watch monkeys fly out of your butt, not sex, but if there was an offer of, acceptance of, or payment of money for sex, that's prostitution under the law.

I'd probably advise a girl thinking of using one of these modern-day Mother Goose stories to tell the truth if they're arrested instead because chances are they'll be treated more leniently than if they tell a lame folk tale. Workers in the criminal justice system are people with emotions just like anyone else and they get pissed off if somebody's wasting their time.

Be careful, alert, and not greedy, and chances are overwhelming you will not get pinched. Engage in whimsical speculation, watch too many cop and lawyer shows on TV, and fabricate wild cover stories, and I suggest you have the number of a good bail bondsman on speed dial on your cell phone.

Oh I am not interested in these kind of 'get together' unless it is a swinger club. Working by myself brings me less drama than working with somebody or attending bachelor parties etc.
Regardless, I am interested on how that will work out for her. Please give feedback if you ever make that 'get together'.

My all time best was an investment adviser who embezzled a six-figure haul of municipal bonds from an elderly client. He claimed he was actually looking out for the victim's interest. He said that all signs pointed to a crash in the muni bond market so he cashed in the bonds and transferred it all to his personal off-shore account in order to protect the client from big losses.

Then there was the ex-felon caught with a 10mm pistol in his car. He claimed it was his buddy's gun and that the friend had been out hunting with it earlier that day. It was turkey season.

Then there was the Army corporal who got busted wheeling an M142 Explosion Training Simulator into a Forth of July picnic. He claimed he had bought it legally at a road-side fireworks stand. The M142 holds over 100 pounds of explosive and is used to simulate the detonation of a tactical nuclear warhead during training exercises. Fortunately there was a reserve officer at the picnic who recognized the thing and called the cops before the idiot set it off.

And the list goes on and on and on and . . . .

I am absolutely dedicated to the idea that the client deserves the best defense you can give them - but I gotta say that the BS often gets both old and thick real fast.

Cheers,
Mazo.

lol (IANAL, but) there is also a reasonability test here:

If you charge a bunch of dudes $200 each to come over to your modest suburban home (I am not picking on you or your abode personally, just making a point) and "watch football, drink beer and eat light apps" it doesn't pass the smell test. Heck the whole "all monies are for time and companionship only..." actually smells better (is more plausible). Some people actually will pay a couple hundred bucks an hour for a dinner companion or a suitable escort to an event.

It is kind of like those "Red Cherry" machines you see in local watering holes or truck stops. They say "For Amusement Only" yet will take hundred dollar bills. "For Amusement Only" my ass!!!! Now if you are a "trusted, known" patron, the house might actually pay you for the credits you have won

lets say instead of making myself available as an "independent" escort.. i simply hold "parties".. where guys pay a few to get in the private party and drink, watch football and I just so happen to be available in the bedroom?

What if I hold a "swingers party".. the guys pay a membership fee to get in the party.. (obviously in every instance the fee is my hourly rate).. finger foods, music, etc etc.. and once again I am in the bed room for fun..NO PAY.. for the fun with me..just there to have sexual fun..

this is a serious question as i just got to thinking that having sex isn't illegal, having a football party or "movie night" is not illegal.. and asking guys to chip in and help pay for the party may not be illegal.. I just so happen to like to fuck guys at the party in my room?

would it work? any other ideas?

obviously the "party" would simply be 1 guy at a time.. but would it work under the guideline or similar one listed above?

The idea of a "Swingers party" works only if you have a fairly balanced number of men and women.

Having 4 guys over to watch the game with snack foods while you relax in the bedroom waiting for a guy to come in and play some touch football there might not hold water.

However a small party of 3-4 guys and same number ladies works because it appears to be a group of intimate friends.

just do not let it be known what the door fee was.

This may be a really dumb question.... but an honest one...

Is it illegal for guys to pay to "watch" you have sex , with another?

I'm only 99.9% sure it is..... but.....
