I've seen it different ways. There are some providers who consider it a fetish, upsell or something that needs to be discussed before the date. I've seen other providers who are Hershey Highway virgins and would never do anal even in real life. I've seen providers who include it in their "all inclusive" menu. I really don't seek out anal and am only slightly curious; however, I have an upcoming date with a provider who wants me to do anal with her while she uses a vibrator on her pussy. Another good question does it depend on size? When I was setting up a session with a new provider i asked if she did Greek. She said no. I replied but I'm only a little above average, then she gave me quote.
To bad i never got to experience that with her. My boss called me back to work, and I only had 15-30m session 
As for me I like giving and receiving.
