It does. but ya have to get it under 97k
skip frames it gets snowy
crop helps
deleting frames at both start and end do not even cut it
not much gain playing with colors
looking at it one would think no problem
but the file is huge for what it is, and only 19 frames wtf

THEN, create a new gif from scratch.
