there is. it's called the black family welfare state. and the fatherless "families" it creates. them sistas found out they don't need no man providing for them when they can get that big welfare check without them around.

did you know there are most whites on welfare than blacks? there are, if you look at sheer numbers. now look at it in terms of percentage by race and see what you get.
