Find different outlets...most forms of exercise work. I like to bike on trails, get the adrenalin rush & a good workout on top of it. Stretching, meditation, running...all work.
Most people stress about things they have no control over...try to identify those things and push them out of your mind for awhile...
Don't procrastinate when you have an issue. Tackle it head on, plan how to circumvent it...you may not beat it, but at least you will not be blindsided because you haven't prepared...
