I never met you or spoke with you but I'm saddened to hear of your stroke.

I hope you are able to recover and feel better again. Just keep at it. I know two people who have had close to a full recovery from a stroke -- it's hard but it can be done and I wish you the best!

Hey everyone-

Thanks for all the words of encouragement. It's nice to know that there are a lot of good folks out here.

Trust me, I'm gonna do all I can to get past this and go back to doing one of the activities I love most! In the words of R.P. MacMurphy- "The next woman that takes me on is gonna light up like a pinball machine and pay off in silver dollars!"!

On a serious note, PLEASE get your blood pressure and cholesterol checked if you haven't already done so!
