I think that I made the right decision about giving myself rewards for each goal since my rewards are things that I have wanted for a long time but really needed the motivation to get them and to lose weight.

As of yesterday not only did I reach my first 15 pound goal but I exceeded it by 2 extra pounds!!!! So with keeping with the promise I made to myself I have my tattoo appointment for Monday at 1 PM. If you all would like to see it then I will post a pic of it on Tuesday. Thank you everyone for your advice and support.

That's awesome!! Wow, I am super impressed, and proud of your hard work!! Just make sure you stay in the 1-4 lbs of weight loss per week from here on out. A lot of what you have lost is water weight which tends to shed off quickly in the beginning. That is really the safest, healthiest and best way to ensure you take AND keep the weight off for the long haul. Hope your tattoo rewards appointment is FUN

You would be correct and thank you. I originally picked out a different flash art one but the artist saw that I wasn't %100 sure about it so he asked me what type of flowers I liked and I described one from the Philippines. He then asked if it would be ok if he drew a design out by hand and this what he came up with. When he showed it to me I knew that his drawing was exactly what I wanted.
