I was just on NFL.com and the woman with the JETS has not even filed a formal complaint against Favre. This is a media driven situation based on the information from dead spin. If the woman has not even filed a freaking complaint than what the heck is there to look into. I am telling you this seems like a serious sack of BS to me.

Gryphon, I believe I heard that Ms. Sterger is not cooperating with the NFL investigation and she is exploring all options. This sounds like a "buyout" could be happening soon. Does anyone remember when Peyton Manning mooned a girl in college? I believe she was a trainer on the Tennessee Volunteers team. I think it ended up costing the school $300,000. With inflation, Favre is going to be paying out the ass for this one. |

The NFL grabbed the ankles when they rejected the Limbaugh ownership attempt. They bowed to admittedly falsified "facts". Now they are bending over exposing their "red zone" again to satisfy political correctness. A long time ago, men used to play football.

Not sure what Limbaugh has to do with Favre sending dick pics to women working for the Jets... |

Wow! It looks like that as far as pictures are concerned, she got the short end of the stick.

I would imagine that there are things other than physical contact that fall into the category of sexual harassment, and texting a picture of your genitalia would be one of them.

There is no sexual harrassment here for one very simple reason. She never filed a complaint.

Let's make this plain and simple for everyone to understand (except DD cause we think alike on this)..
None of the ladies filed a complaint with their employer, his team, the cops, etc. and they never told anyone about this until now. If any of those ladies had truly been sexual harassed, they would've told someone. I don't care if it was their best friend, family member or boss, they would've spoken up before now.

Whether they're looking for a payday or not, its total crap that the story breaks now. It always looks bad (payday) when someone comes out years later making claims such as this towards a celebrity.

I will say this though, she's hot and I'd bang her. |

Actually this whole issue isnt new...if you are a sports fan its been common knowledge that something had happened between Brett and Sterger....And if
the NFL is going to discipline Favre then ABC should have done something to Brent
Musburger for this also http://sportscasm.com/wp-content/upl...terger_fsu.jpg .

Could be. Given the media frenzy around this, it will be hard to keep a payoff quiet. If it turns out to be a form of media-enabled blackmail, I can't say I have much sympathy for Favre, though. I'm sure the NFL, like all large corporations, has sexual harassment training. The key message that I got from such training is that damn near anything can be construed as sexual harassment, and that the key was to avoid anything that might give the appearance of impropriety. Emailing pictures of one's genitals would certainly fall into that category. So if this is an expensive life lesson for Mr. Favre to not be so f***ing stupid, so be it.
