I have had this problem before as well, I try to remind myself that this is a job for these ladies they might have regular jobs and regular lives, I.e. Boyfriends,husbands and the like so I try to be a little more understanding.

I always try to reply ASAP. I know how frustrating it can be to sit around and wait on a reply to move forward with plans. I was just thinking the other day I wish ECCIE had an APP.

I have a very busy schedule sometimes I Dont check my PMS for days, but if you shoot me a text I get back rather quickly.
