Washing up is a must inbetween appts, but like Elle said, sometimes our PH gets all out of whack, but it's no where near what you're describing. If you guys are close then I would bring it up in a light matter, try not to make her feel bad. But if it's bad to the point where you have to febreeze the room afterwards, I would avoid it like the plague, even if she is your atf. There's no reason for a smell that bad except for a medical issue.

I am always freshly showered before and after a meeting so I have never had that problem but I have had that problem with gentleman. I simply ask them to shower at my place before we get started. I'm sure if you asked her or any other provider you plan to visit to be freshly showered before you arrive they would have no problems with it. Most people know how important hygiene is but every once in a while you may have to remind them.
