This was also addressed in Th legal forum - most likely in the event of an arrest , they already have something concrete and the review is just extra. Even if they got to the review, they would have to establish its validity. Date and time , location. It would be tons of red tape.
The "I had a dream, I dreamt" if it helps you sleep better , then by all means - put it on your review - but reality is that's it's pointless and if they get to using the review (remember everything on this site is fiction to begin with) it's doubtful that saying it was all just a dream will do you much good.
