The few times I have run "specials", I have done it this way. Rather than offering a lower rate, I would offer a 90 min sesh for my 60 min rate, etc. That way you still make your money and the guys are getting something a little special.

As said, discounts are just not something I agree with, point blank. I also feel that if a gent who has never even seen you asks for any kind of discount right off the bat, it is rude and disrespectful and you'd likely be better off declining an appointment with him.

Thanks! Yeah, I like doing it that way. Or times in the past that I felt I needed to make something up to a client (have had to cancel a few sessions due to unforeseen circumstances), I would offer more time for my 60 min rate versus a "discount".
