I had met a provider sometime last year, never saw her BCD. She was complaining how a guy smelled really bad and he had her scheduled the next day. She was going to cancel the appointment, because she didn't know how to tell him that he stinks without offending the guy. I suggested her to take a shower with the guy before and afterward, she can scrub him down as much as she want. The guy won't be offended and may actually find it sensual and appealing.
Personally, I like it when the provider shares a shower. They are not obligated to tho.
