All No shows communication breakdowns should be noted. A good provider will text call ( if they can ) WK need to go away just saying

Right or wrong that's just how it is in the hobby world.

This, ^^^ Thanks or the info OP, but I can live with the scenario you laid out, it seems to be common unfortunately. What REALLY sucks is making contact to verify a hour before the appointment, then they go radio silent when you arrive and text from their parking lot for the room number.

I'm actually getting pretty worried about her. She hasn't surfaced. Was there an accident? Who knows her personally? PM me if you don't want to post publically but I'm actually pretty worried. If she needs any help, Let me know asap.

She's fine but classy enough not to be a drama mama.

Slubby, thanks for posting this. I know I am new to this site, but I have been on other boards in the right coast. If you are looking on a map it would be the left coast. Now I have never heard of this gal, but she made an appointment with you and when the time came she didn't play with your Slubby.
For the radical left defenders (Wk's) she made the appointment and didn't hold her part. That is a NCNS.
One thing I have noticed about this board is that the radical left likes to defend a lady by asking you, or assuming that requested BB stuff.
For the radical left, "It doesn't concern you what his conservation is with the provider."
I know it is a hard concept to follow, but take his information and others information and form your own thought.

Totally unlike her. But things happen. I bet you'll hear from her when she gets past whatever this is.

She logged into Eccie today as of 10:55am, so she's not MIA!

Thanks for sharing your experience.... yes we all hate to be the bad guys ... I know I am like everyone here ... shit happens as long as the providers are as true as possible and make up with apology and time or service .... and for them to be sincere about it ... I give them second chance ... I know I have given many here 2nd, 3rd and fourth... but there action needs to be accounted for ... it's my two cents... lol

Reese is too much a lady to respond to this. I know her side and chose to believe hers over the op's.

WK,
Why would Slubby bother to make something like this up?
There is absolutely no up side for him to do so.
Stop thinking your WK efforts will win yourself a free poke.

"We had confirmed the time last night via text message, then she goes MIA for the rest of the evening. No biggie."
I'm confused. Was this really a confirmed appointment? I try to book all mine through p411. I send a pre-booking message where I ask about incall and time. I get response that all is good for xx on Thursday. I then send a formal appointment request with speicifics. At this point I have had providers go silent on me. Nothing. This has happened at least three times. I've seen one of them since. I never mentioned it to them. I didn't consider them to be NC/NS because they never responded to the official appointment request. At the same time, it is very frustrating because you don't know whether the appointment is going to take place or not, or whether to move on to another provider.
I'm still not sure this is a NC/NS, but a frustrating experience none the less. As for the other side of the story, it is really about why there was no response, even if it was, "FU, I'm not showing up. You are blocked."

No drama here...
I said, that I wasn't going to respond to this thread, but in all fairness, I do have something to apologize for.
During our initial conversation about scheduling, I told him that 7pm would work for me the following evening. He called me and since I was with family, I did not answer. Then thru text, began asking me for a discount (more than once) and to be able to take pics for his review, since I had "neglected" him by not responding soon enough.
Instead of just telling him that I was no longer interested in the meeting, I stopped responding. I felt disrespected and felt like I didn't owe him anymore of my time. So for going silent, I apologize.
I never even gave him an address. So I am not sure how it could be a NCNS.
I thought going silent was more polite than saying, "Fuck off. asshole.", but I was obviously wrong. I apologize for my lack of judgement.
This will be my last post on the matter.
Y'all have a great rest of the week.

I say this because I have always liked and respected Reese and I was really looking forward to our appointment today (at 7pm). We had confirmed the time last night via text message, then she goes MIA for the rest of the evening. No biggie. I thought she had real life stuff going on.
I text her again this morning asking if we're still on for our appointment at 7pm: No response.
I sent her another text several hours later with the same thing: No response.
I call her and leave her a voicemail around 4pm following up: No response.
I try one last time, about 45 minutes before our appointment, letting her know that "I hope everything is okay, and I guess we aren't meeting up as planned at 7pm."
So yeah, I was NCNS'd. I still can't believe it, and I don't really want to because of all the awesome things I have heard about Reese. But, no matter who you are...a NCNS is unacceptable.
Hell, I may feel the wrath of the white knights telling me "I'm bitter-mad or maybe this was my fault". That's fine. And if it was my fault in any way, I accept that, but let the guy know you're cancelling on him. Don't do this.

Reese rocks! She could write a how to book on independent provider business and etiquette. Haven't seen her in a while. Apparently, she still has the integrity and down-to-earthness that make her the Dallas and Houston legend that she is.
Slubby, dont feel to badly. Think of it this way, you were just leveled by one of the best.
Well written Reese.
P. S. I agree with Jules Jaguar. Technically this wasn't a NCNS. This is just a NC-back or provider-went-dark situation, because there was no confirmation on the day of or any initial general location to show up at (regardless of whether p411 was used to set it up).
