The Clintons will not give up political power which at one level is smart. Either milk it or lose it. At this point they should know their run is over, Chelsea has no chance, collect checks, run the Foundation, create some type of faux legacy and enjoy the money.

The DNC is another issue. After 6 years of losing seats they still think Obama is "the one". If you watch the last few months of electing DNC officials it was identity politics at its most laughable. At this point, the DNC can't get off it's own plantation even if the cotton fields were ablaze.

The country is the worst issue. About the largest 10 cities in the US are becoming 60%+ Democratic, especially on the coast. That's were most of the Federal, state and local govt jobs are. At some point they are going to run out of other's money. Thank god we will have control of the SCOTUS.
