I would say it all depends on the diet the guy is on. Juices (pineapple and oj) definetely help... but water is essential! Though, I dont rememeber an ex drinking tons of 'extra' water when I noticed a difference, but who knows. I think sweet things like suckers and hard candies seem to work well too. I perfer CIM because I do NOT enjoy a mess to clean up. Plus for whatever reason, cum makes my eyes STING for awhile after it gets in them... so facials, NOT on the menu! (does anyone know why that is?) LOL
