It's really none of his business, or mine.
The only "thing" that would concern me as it relates to the whole "issue" of "another presence" is whether or not someone (no matter what their "status") is "hanging around" during a session ... whether it's parking area, bathroom, extra bedroom, closet, or down the hall of the building. All I should know is someone else is "around" ... and I should know that BEFORE our arrangements are finalized.
If she has an "SO" (or whatever you want to call it) and the SO is not "cool" with the customary activities of a sexual nature then she needs to "correct" that issue before injecting anyone else into the "mix" and "drama" and make sure they are "long gone" and won't be coming back until she invites anyone else to meet with her. Business is business!
