She has a place in that area...been there and enjoyed her. And yes I parked at that same restaurant location only to wait for the next location text, and yes it is a place I was thinking nope not going to happen, not a place I want to be and I was very uncomfortable parking at the given address, and absolutely would not have stopped at night. However outside the house was very uneventful and a few folks waved hi as Jazzy was showing me her motor scooter in her driveway. We left her lace together as she was off to sell some bbq (smoked meats for lunch time local business).

Inside the house was very gfe eventful and I am glad I stopped and played.

So your spidy sense probably went off a little too much with you being out of your comfort zone for neighborhoods... give it another chance, daytime, and it will all be good, that is if she will let you visit.
