It seems I too am now a member of the no PA access club. I had a surplus of time prior to the site being taken down. I've emailed the posted email addresses for help to no avail thus far.

Default PA Adjustment - Thanks to the Staff
Apparently my paid PA has been adjusted for the outage period. It just reappeared. I know the staff has a lot on their plate, so thanks to them for fixing this. I hope everyone else has similar luck.
