I think it is safe to assume about 90% of all politicians in the Federal Government are guilty of Tax Evasion at one time or another during their tenure. Although that maybe in your circle of concern it's certainly out of your circle of control. So with that being said any Government official can be compared to Capone in terms of Tax Evasion.
