What an intelligent person would say and you have my permission to use this in the future, is "there are complex legal issues to be sorted out but I do not believe they will alter a Biden win". That's what I'm saying, an intelligent person.


The possibility that the US SC could tell the SC of Penn. that they made an unconstitutional ruling is the definition of a complex issue. That is not to say that is what will happen but to say it could not happen is simply the kind of disinformation you traffic in on a daily basis and you seem to be proud of it while at the same time condemn others for doing it.


I agree that as aggravating as the whole "poll watcher" argument is, it will not effect the outcome, just piss off a whole lot of people but "changing election rules", could impact the result but again, I do not believe Trump can win this with Biden needing only one of four states and Trump needing all of them.


The irony is, you are just like Trump. You will say anything that comes into your head if you think it benefits your argument, all the while showing your shortcomings and you just can't see it or do see and and don't care just like Donald Trump.

Even if Joe Biden wins the nomination he will not be the Democratic candidate on election day.
If Joe Biden wins the election he will not take office.

How about this. As much as you lie to yourself that you know something about this you don’t.

There are no complex legal issues in this election. Claims of fraud or lack of access aren’t complex issue that will make it to the Supreme Court. The District amd Appellate courts are tossing these claims because they are frivolous.

And intelligence person, which I think you are - though we disagree on nearly everything - knows that this is not a novel event. These same things happen in a vast number of elections and are fought out all the time. Election law is pretty settled in most of these areas, hence cases being tossed by judges appointed by several presidents, including Trump.

Every case doesn’t just go to the SC. Generally for it get to the SC there has to be 1) unsettled law which multiple circuits interpret differently or 2) the circuit court decision is so out of whack or novel the SC decides to clarify it.

People file writs of certiorari all the time and only very few cases make it to the SC. I’ll be happy to better educate you on this later if you like. Just let me know and I’ll put aside some time to explain more fully.

He’s going to be president through his term barring illness and you should just enjoy the ride.
